Workouts

5:00 AMRAP - 2 Slamballs, 2 burpees over a PVC, 2 wallballs..Athletes will increase the reps on all movements by 2 each round for max reps completed in 5 minutes.

7:00 AMRAP- 2 Situps, 2 Burpees over Bar, 2 Dealifts (75/55). Athletes will increase all reps by 2 each round for max reps completed in 7 minutes.

7:00 AMRAP 2 Situps, 2 Burpees over Bar, 2 Deadlifts (95/65) Athletes will increase all reps by 2 each round for total reps in 7 minutes.

Athletes will race to complete 20 med ball Deadlifts at 4 lbs, 15 at 8 lbs, 10 at 14 lbs, and 5 at 20 lbs. After completing the deadlift ladder, athletes will immediately complete 1 minute of max rep air squats. All work will be completed in a 5 minute time cap.

For Time: 18 calorie row 18 wall balls (14/10) 14 calorie row 14 wall balls (14/10) 9 calorie row 9 wall balls (14/10) 6 calorie row 6 wall balls 14/10. Score is time completes or reps at a 9 minute time cap.

For Time: 20 Squats, 10 Situps, 20 Plate Jumps, 20 Single Unders, 20 Plate Jumps, 10 Situps, 20 Squats. Score is time completes or reps at a 10 minute time cap.

For Time: 20 calorie row 20 wall balls (20/14) 15 calorie row 15 wall balls (20/14) 10 calorie row 10 wall balls (20/14) 5 calorie row 5 wall balls (20/14). Score is time completes or reps at a 9 minute time cap.

For Time: 20 Squats, 10 Situps, 20 Plate Jumps, 20 Single Unders, 20 Plate Jumps, 10 Situps, 20 Squats. Score is time completes or reps at a 10 minute time cap.
