About This Competition
Our mission is to deliver a competition to remember, that sets the standard for local CrossFit comps, one that challenges you in every way. Most of all support the amazing CrossFit community by bringing so many like minded people together for a fun, social event!

Teens 16/17.5yrs
Advanced
Intermediate (can not be in top 1000 Open in Aus)
Masters 35+
Standards:
This is an intermediate to advanced competition aimed to challenge individuals of all fitness levels. There will be some high level skill movements in the advanced category, so choose your category wisely as there is no scaling or substitutions in Advanced. The standards are a guide to what you should be able to move competently.

Entry Fee: Entry is $100 – this covers an action packed day of competition, athlete muscle-tees, a huge venue, CASH prizes for Teens, Advanced and Masters 35+, excellent facilities and services, heaps of room to warm up, food, coffee and vendor stalls.
