At the call of 3, 2, 1 go!
All Male athletes will set off on their 3km run. Partners MUST be holding rope/joined the entirety of the run.
1:00 later the Females will set off on their leg of the run, also conjoined with their partner.
Once athletes reach the turnaround point, they will run back to the start line, where their score will be recorded.
Walking/jogging/sprinting etc is permitted as long as partners do not let go of one another at any time.
