About This Competition

Same Sex Threes - Scaled, Intermediate and RX


Day 1 (April 12th) of our CrossFit competition will be dedicated to RX and Intermediate athletes, setting the stage for an intense and thrilling start to the event. RX athletes will tackle advanced workouts that demand high levels of strength, skill, and endurance, showcasing their elite capabilities. Intermediate athletes will also face challenging routines designed to test their progress and push their limits.


Day 2 (April 13th) of our CrossFit competition will be dedicated to Scaled athletes, providing an inclusive and encouraging environment for those newer to the sport or looking to build their confidence and skills.
