Sun's Out Guns Out Throwdown is a partner competition with RX and scaled M/F, M/M, and F/F teams. The event will take place June 22nd at CrossFit Maximus beginning at 8 AM.

Workouts
Buy in: 1600M Row (Each athlete must row 800M)
Into 4 Rounds of (You go, I go):
• 3 Wall Walks
• 50 DUs / 100 SUs
• 10 DB Bench Press (RX:50/35; Scaled 35/20)
Time Cap: 14 Minutes
Time at end of Row is tie breaker
Scaled: Crossfit Wall Walk Scaled Standards
EMOM 6:
Partner 1: Max Wall Balls
Partner 2: Max Cals on the Bike
*Every minute partners must switch stations.
*Score = Total Cals + Total Wall Balls
RX: 20/14; Scaled 14/12

8 min AMRAP
• 2 Shuttle Runs
• 10 Alt. Dual KB Front Rack Lunges
• 10 Dual KB Thrusters
Non-working partner: Must hold plate overhead
• Plate: Scaled (35/25); RX (45/35)
• RX: Kettlebell (53/35), Scaled: Kettlebell (35/26)
Athlete 1:
• 25 Shoulder to Overhead
• 15 Pull-Ups
Then…
Athlete 2:
• 25 Deadlifts
• 25 Toes to Bar
Then….
Athlete 1 & 2 (Spilt as needed):
• 30 Power Cleans
• 15 Lateral Burpees over the Barbell
Total Time Cap: 9 minutes
RX: Barbell Loaded to 135/95, Toes to Bar, Pull-ups
SX: Barbell Loaded to 115/75, Knees Above Parallel, Jumping

AMRAP 8:
• 6 Burpee Box Jump Overs
• 12 Dual DB Box Step Overs
Score: Total Reps Accumulated
at 8:00…Rest for 1:00…Then…
9:00-14:00…Part B
Max Snatch—Two Barbells
