Welcome to SUMMER SHOWDOWN 2024!

We are thrilled you want attend our event. Summer Showdown is our Premium Individual Comp! It is a 2 day comp for all other competitors! We offer this competition for RX, Masters, Intermediate and Beginner. You can ensure there will be a great mixed test over 6 workouts throughout the weekend. We encourage any teens or pre-teens to jump into the Beginner category.

BASIC ITINERARY
Saturday: ALL Athletes (Open Beginner and Masters AM & Inter & RX PM) 
Sunday: ALL Athletes (Open Beginner and Masters AM & Inter & RX PM) 
We encourage any teens or pre-teens to jump into the Beginner category.

STANDARDS
OPEN CATEGORY! Here is where the FUN begins! Workouts 1, 2 & 3 will determine your category for you! Meaning, you don't get to choose what category you are competing in!

Saturday you will ALL do the same workouts and will be placed on the leaderboard, Based off of the leaderboard you will then be placed into your category's and compete on Sunday in your individual categories.
