About This Competition

Qualifying Rules

You would have been offered a place to compete at the finals if you placed in the Top 6 in your division in our online qualifiers. Or if someone above you has declined their offer, then you may have recieved an invite as the next ranked athlete.

Pricing & Refund Policy 

RXd Finals Ticket: £65

If the finals weekend needs to be cancelled, due to another lockdown or government restrictions changing, we will hold an RXd online finals weekend on the same date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds but all proceeds will go towards supporting future events for our masters & teens events.

Workout Release Dates & Times

Movement requirements for each division will be along the same lines as experienced in our Online Qualifiers.

Workouts will be released on the Friday 9th September, with one or two hints in the final weeks leading up to the event. This should give athletes plenty of time to ask any questions before the event, or during the briefing on the day.

BTMC aims to recognise and help develop the future Teen and Masters talent in the sport of fitness in a safe, fun environment. Movement standards will always come first and the event organisers always encourage safe, correct movement under the pressure of a competition environment. We want to motivate teens and master athletes across the world to train and provide a platform for testing of fitness.

AGE GROUP VARIATIONS

All age groups and divisions will perform the same workout as detailed above, with the following exceptions:

13-15 Teens will complete 2 rounds of 6 squat cleans and 6 C2B and 1 round of 5 STOH and 5 RMU.

55-59 Masters will complete 2 rounds of 6 squat cleans and 6 C2B and 1 round of 5 STOH and 3 RMU.

60+ Masters will replace the RMU with Strict C2B. They will complete 2 rounds of 6 squat cleans and 6 C2B and 1 round of 5 STOH and 5 Strict C2B.

Score is heaviest weight lifted in the 5 minutes.

Lift must be fully completed before time ends for the score to count.

Workout Variations

All age groups and divisions will perform the same workout movements as detailed above, with the following exceptions:

13-15 & 55+ will complete 25/15 calories on the rower and bike erg and do 6 BBJO each round.
