About This Competition
Bali’s FITTEST - Are you ready?
Location: Jungle Box, Ubud.
Date: 5th November 2022
Format: Mixed teams of 2 - M/F
Divisions: RX / Intermediate / Engine (Beginner)
Who can enter? This event is open to anyone and everyone - whether it is your first fitness comp or you’re a seasoned pro! Grab some friends, partner up & get ready to rumble.
Movement standards:
RX - RX standard prescribed weights. Handstand Push ups, Pull-ups and Toes to bar, barbell strength ladder, conditioning and synchro functional fitness movements.
NO: HS walks or muscle ups will appear and remember, only one of you in a team will need to complete the higher skill gymnastic movements listed above.
Intermediate - Everything Engine has to offer plus a few more skilled movements!. Think DB box step overs, pull ups, Single arm OH lunges, wall walks, double unders, BB G2OH etc.
NO weight over 22.5/15KG Dumbbell. 50/30 KG Barbell (M/F)
Engine - Anyone new to Functional Fitness. The workouts will be a combo of endurance based with low skill (high gain) movements :) Think Deadlift ladder, rowing & lunges, bike & burpees, KB Swings, DB snatch, wall balls.
NO weight over 15/10KG Dumbbell (M/F)
For the most part, the reps will need to be completed as a pair.
Meaning, if one of you struggle with a movement - have no fear!
Your team mate can do most of them.

*Athletes must perform 100 burpee to plate, in 1 block (waterfall style YGIG) at any point during the AMRAP in order for score to count.
