About This Competition

The Wodapalooza Virtual Gauntlet is community-driven competition is guaranteed to be unlike anything you have ever experienced. Grab your phone, set up your camera and compete side by side with friends or elite athletes from around the world and see how you stack up against some of the best athletes in the world. There will be 4 events over 4 days. You can complete them all in one day or over 4 days, totally up to you. Workouts

3 OHS beginning from the floor, at one of the below starting weights. After every 3 successful overhead squats, the athlete may increase the load by 10lb. Starting Loads: | 45/35 | 95/65 | 135/95 | 185/115 | 245/145 | Division Breakdown: Rx & Intermediate: 3RM Overhead Squat Scaled: 3RM Front Squat Score: Heaviest successful 3RM

15 Power Snatches 15 Lateral Burpee Over Bar 10 Power Snatches 15 Lateral Burpee Over Bar 5 Power Snatches 15 Lateral Burpee Over Bar Time-cap: 9min Division Breakdown: Rx – Snatch 115/85 Intermediate – Snatch 95/65 Scaled – Snatch 75/55 Score: Time it takes the athlete to complete the workout. If the athlete does not complete in the 9:00 cap, record total reps completed in the nine minutes.

Max Cal Bike RXDivision Breakdown: Rx– Echo/Air Bike Intermediate – Echo/Air/Concept 2 Bike Erg Scaled – Max Air Squats Score: Total number of calories (or squats for scaled) that the athlete can complete in the 2 minute window. NOTE: If scoring for scaled, just use total reps for your score where it asks for calories.

3 Air Bike Cals 10ft Handstand Walk Clean and Jerk 1,2,3,4,5,6… 10ft Handstand Walk Round 1: 3 Cal Bike, 10ft HS Walk, 1 Clean and Jerk, 10ft HS Walk Round 2: 6 Cal Bike, 10ft HS Walk, 2 Clean and Jerk, 10ft HS Walk Round 3: 9 Cal Bike, 10ft HS Walk, 3 Clean and Jerk, 10ft HS Walk Round 4: 12 Cal Bike, 10ft HS Walk, 4 Clean and Jerk, 10ft HS Walk etc… Division Breakdown Rx – Cal Bike, 10ft HS Walk & Clean and Jerk (185/125) Intermediate – Cal Bike, 5ft HS Walk & Clean and Jerk (135/95) Scaled – Single-Under (30-60-90-120-150), 10ft Bear Crawl & Clean and Jerk (95/65) Score: Total number of Cals, Length HS walks and Clean and Jerk repetitions that the athlete can complete in the 12 minute window. 1 Cal = 1 Rep, 1 Length = 1 Rep.
