About This Competition

Functional or Metcon 

FUNCTIONAL

We are excited to bring our functional division to life as its own respected category at an elite and everyday level with prize money for the elite division winners.
Test yourself with our functional category which focuses on endurance, strength and overall fitness. There will be no gymnastics or weightlifting with our functional category and is the main difference between the Functional and the Metcon category.
Our movement standards and workouts are designed to cater to all fitness levels for a bit of fun with your mate or the option to go head to head with elite athletes.
If you are wanting to work towards a fitness goal to keep you accountable with your health and fitness goals then this is it.

METCON

We are excited to bring our style of programming with our Metcon category. If you train for gymnastics, weightlifting, and overall fitness then this category is for you. Showcase your skills you've been working so hard on and do it with your competition buddy!
Our programming is designed to cater to all fitness levels. Whether you are just learning and wanting a bit of fun or you're an elite level athlete ready to send it then look no further.
