JJK CROSSFIT - SAME SEX/MIXED PAIRS COMPETITION
About This Competition
JJK CrossFit - 1 year anniversary
Same sex and mixed pairs competition will be held on Saturday 13th July at JJK Fitness to celebrate our 1 year anniversary!
This is a CrossFit competition, in the format similar to the CrossFit Open so is for everyone! Expect Olympic lifting, gymnastics, strength and aerobic capacity.

Completing the workout as prescribed. Nothing different to what you are used to in a class.
Scaled
Changes will be made to the workouts to allow for them to be completed with the same intensity as RX but with reduced weights and complexity in the movements.
