Fort Fitness Throwdown!

Mark your calendars! Fort Strength is bringing the heat this summer with a two-day CrossFit-style summer kick-off competition on July 5th and 6th.  Grab your training partner and be ready to throw down - same-sex pairs will battle it out across four exciting events designed to test your strength, skill, and grit. Whether you're chasing the podium or just showing up for fun and fitness, this is your moment!

We're offering three divisions to match your vibe: RX, Intermediate, and Open. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, there's a spot for you.  Expect an electric atmosphere, a lot of high fives, and a whole lot of heart.

Registration opens May 9th and 9:00 am, and spots will go fast - don't miss your chance to be a part of the action! Register by June 13th to guarantee your free athlete t-shirt.  So grab your partner, dial in your training, and we'll see you at Fort Strength!
