Rules:
• KB swings must have locked elbows (injuries permitting) and the bottom of the bell towards the sky at the top of the swing
• Dropping of the KB will result in a 10 point deduction
• Burpees will require chest & thighs to the ground, an open hip on the jump, and a clap at the top of the jump
• RX must jump
• Scaled may step up
• Jump overs are permitted in both divisions
• You may touch your legs at any point during the box jump

Scaled: 95/55 + Jumping C2B Pull-ups
Rules:
• Shoulder to overhead - bar must be locked out overhead and knees must be locked
• Jumping C2B pull-ups - reach must be 8” or less over the top of the bar
• If the athlete gets time capped, score will be time plus reps
remaining. Runs will count as 2 reps, 1 out the door and 1 back in.
