We’re so excited to kick off Grizzly Games weekend! 🐻🔥

Get ready for an epic weekend of fitness, community, and competition. Whether you’re throwing down in Scaled, Intermediate, or RX, we can’t wait to see what you bring to the floor.

💥 Two full days of action
📍 Day One: Saturday, July 12th @ CrossFit Okanagan (1040 Richter St)
🌳 Day Two: Sunday, July 13th @ City Park, Downtown Kelowna

The weather’s looking 🔥, the workouts are prepped, and we’re counting down the hours until go time.

Deadlifts + Handstand Push-Ups

But here’s the twist…
While one partner works, the other holds:
💪 Deadlifts only count if your partner is holding a push-up (handstand or hand release)
🤸 Handstand Push-ups only count if your partner is holding a deadlift (fully locked out at the top of the deadlift)

STANDARDS BELOW ⬇️

RX: 155/225lb deadlifts + HSPU

Intermediate: 125/185lb deadlifts + HSPUs w/ ABMAT on a 10lb plate

Scaled: 95/135lb deadlifts + hand-release push-ups

10-minute cap. It’s all gas, no brakes.

Divisions:
• Scaled: 20lb / 35lb
• Intermediate: 35lb / 50lb

The entire workout can be split up as you’d like between you and your partner.

400M Run 

Split the row however you'd like. Run must be with your partner.

Closing the weekend with a one rep max.

You won’t know the movement until it’s go time, just show up ready to lift heavy. Simple as that.
