Max Load : 8 minute cap

Partner 1: will complete all attempts of the barbell complex before P2 begin theirs

Score is MAX combined weight for heaviest successful complex

FOR MAX REPS: 2 MINUTE CAP


In a 2 minute window, partner 1 will accumulate as many calories on the Echo Bike

As P1 works, P2 will accumulate as many tire flips.


At the minute mark, partners will switch rolls. (timer does not stop)


Score is total reps in the 2 minute time frame of MAX CALS/MAX TIRE FLIPS 

For time: 6 minute time cap

Workout:

P1 will begin with sprint #1 and then complete 5 clusters on bar #1

Once completed, they will tag P2 who will then complete sprint #1 and 5 clusters on bar#1

***As rounds progress, partner alternate turns to complete the sprints and ladder, dividing work in half

Sled push (1 way each)


Workout will begin with a 400m medball run with one partner carrying the medball and switching as often as they please until 400m run is completed.

Once team members complete the run, the remainder of the time they will complete:

60 Single arm DB snatches

40 Burpee box jump overs

Sled push (P1 down- P2 back)
