Workouts
20 minute time cap for WOD 1A & B
2 athletes: 3 rounds
400m run, ground to overhead
Other 2 athletes: 3 rounds
Ground to overhead, 400m run
Ground to overhead options: 20 rep per round 60/40kg OR 30 reps per round 40/25kg
One bar per team of 4
Choose weight at start of workout and this remains the same for all athletes for whole workout.
Partners must run together but can share the barbell reps
Pairs can't overtake each other on the barbell. The first pair must complete all their reps before the second pair can start their barbells.
Scored time is when the last pair finishes and all 4 athletes are in their bay.
Complete WOD 1B in any time remaining.
In any remaining time of the 20 minute cap each athlete hits a max complex:
Clean
Hang Clean
Jerk
Any clean or jerk variation allowed
WOD 1A and 1B scored separately.
2 athletes
AMRAP 2:30
20 partner deadlifts 170/100kg
80 double unders or 160 single skips
*max synchro gymnastics
Then swap with the other 2 athletes who will repeat the same AMRAP
Repeat changing over every 2:30 until both pairs have completed 4 rounds
*max synchro gymnastics
1 point per knee raise
2 points per toes to bar
3 points per pull up
6 points per bar muscle up
Skipping: you can share the skipping between you. You can change double/single at the start of each round, but you can't change during a set.

20 minute clock: 4-4-4-8 minute sections
