Workouts
10 minutes to find 1-RM Snatch and 1-RM Clean
P1: One teammate will find a 1-RM Snatch (Squat, Power or Split)
P2: One teammate will find a 1-RM Clean (Squat, Power or Split)
Each teammate will have their own barbell and the bars will start empty.
Ample weight will be provided, but there is a chance that teammates may need to share.
On GO! Both teammates may load their bar. Teammates may help one another load barbells.
When ready and bars are fully clipped, athletes will declare the weight on their bar to the judge and may proceed with the lift.
Teams will have one judge, so only one teammate may be attempting a lift at any given time.
Athletes may take as many attempts as time allows. As time runs out, a lift must be fully complete before the timer goes off for the lift to count.
The teams score will be the combined load of the heaviest lift completed by each athlete.
Example:
Sarah Snatched 140 pounds
Joe Cleaned 230 pounds
Team score = 370 pounds

Each Teammate will have their own box.
Teammates must be in sync with the chest on the floor for each Burpee.
At some point of the Box Jump or Step-over, both feet must be on the box at the same time. No running over the box.
*The teammate not performing the Thruster must have their barbell in the front rack position for their partner’s Thrusters to count.
Sit-ups begin with shoulder blades on the ground and both hands touching the floor behind the head. The completion of the Sit-up is with both hands touching a 45 pound bumper plate that will be placed in front of each athlete’s feet. For the Sit-ups to count, teammates must be in sync with both hands touching their plate at the same time.
Every unfinished rep will count as one second added to the final time.
Example: A team has 10 Sync Facing Burpee Box Jump or Step-overs remaining when time expires, their final score will be 10:10.
