compete at Stride, Ride and Row !

We are thrilled you want attend our event. Information regarding the competition date, workouts and divisions can all be found on our landing page. From here, you can also register and view leaderboards this year.

Workouts will be announced at a later date, in the meantime we have included the movements that will be in each workout. Note: this could change.

Workouts

There will be 4 floater WODs to have the option to complete with your team throughout the day to earn additional points. Each team will select 1 male and 1 female for each floater with a max of two floaters per teammate.

  1. Bridge the Gap - 2 Min. max Burpee Wall Balls with partner

    At 3, 2, 1 Go...Partner 1 will start performing as many reps of burpees wall balls as possible within 1 min. At the 1 minute mark they will switch and partner 2 will start their attempts until 2 mins. is complete. Score is mac reps between both partners. Burpee Standard chest to ball and Wall Ball standard must hit target.

  2. Torque It -

    At 3, 2, 1 Go...Partner 1 will push the tank down the designated path while partner 2 waits on the other side, once Partner 1 crosses the line Partner 2 pushes it back to the start pass the line. Score is fastest time, Same weight for each partner.

  3. Watt The Fu*k -

    At 3, 2, 1 Go...Partner 1 will begin by sitting on the rower and will attempt a 3 pull max attempt on the Rower, the first pull counts. Score is best average watts per team

  4. Clean it Up - Max Clean

    Each partner will have 6 minutes to build to a heavy clean = power or squat. 45/35 Barbell Available.

    At 3, 2, 1 Go...Partner 1 will start attempting their max clean. once that partner is finishing they will deload the bar and put in front of working space for the second athlete to stat their lift. Score is max weight between both partners.

Ride or die FACE OFF- WORKOUT 2

2 lanes

Echo Bike & Tire

At 3, 2, 1 Go…2 teams will face off in two separate lanes. 2 male /female partners (team) will be working at one time.

Athlete 1 and 2 will start on max. Calorie echo bike for 2 minutes while Athlete 3 and 4 will be working on max. Tire flips (flip with partner) in those same two minutes.

After 2 minutes team will rest for 1 minute then they will switch and perform same movements above for 2 minutes.

All Team members start behind starting line
Rower will be setup just in front of starting line.
At 3.2.1 Go
Partner 1 hops on the rower to start completing meters until 1000 M in complete, all members must participate in the row and complete 250 M each, round over meters is allowed.
Once Row is complete team will then move to the fire hose and start chipping away at the synchro squats, once complete team will lunge to the next cone 25 Ft, away to complete next movement etc. until all stations are complete.

Time Cap: 20 Mins.

Stride - Workout 1

MEAS Mile Relay PT. 1

Each team will participate in a 4 person relay to start off stride. At Go...Athlete 1 will take off and complete 1 lap of the 400 M loop and tag the next athlete until everyone completes their loop, last athlete to cross is score of time completed.

PT. 2

160 KB Swings 53/35

160 DB Goblet Squat 50/35

160 KB Clean 53/35

160 DB Snatch 50/35

Est. 200M Keg Carry to Finish

All team members start behind the start line
Equipment is setup 25 Feet from the start line
At 3.2.1 Go
Partner 1 runs to the first movement and chips away until all 160 reps are complete
(If partner does 40 reps of the 160 and needs to tag out they will drop the weight and run back to tag second partner to continue chipping away and this can be done until all reps are complete)
Once reps are complete partner that finished the reps will run back to tag team and athlete 1 and 2 will carry Keg down to cone and back, once they cross final 2 athletes will do the same and finish after crossing line.

Time Cap 20 Mins.

Score is time. If not finished, reps will be counted in total.
