9:15-10:40 am WOD 1 Heats
10:45-10:55 Break & WOD 2 Briefing
11:00 - 12:15 Wod 2 Heats
12:15 12:25 Break & WOD 3 Briefing
12:30 - 2:30 WOD 3 Heats
- There are two divisions: Rx'd and scaled.
- The competition will will consist of 3 workouts.
- Registration for the event will be $100 per pair. The registration will cover the cost of t-shirts and prizes for the top finishers!
- We are capping the competition at 50* teams

"Up and Over"
6 Minute AMRAP
10 Thrusters (115/75) - (75/55)
10 Burpee Box Jump Over (24/20) Burpee Step overs (20/20)
Each athlete must complete a full round of Thrusters and Burpee Box Overs before switching athletes (Relay Style).
Burpee Step overs will count for scaled.

30 Power Clean (185/125) (115/75)
20 Alternating KB Snatches (53/35) (44/26) *20 reps each arm

Reps can be split by team however way they want until set movements are completed.
