CrossFit Hustle IV
About This Competition
CrossFit Little Egypt is hosting their fourth year of the CrossFit Hustle on 02/08/20! Teams are Guy/Girl and we will have both scaled and Rx'd divisions. This year, we are capping the event at 40 teams. So get your man and lady together and sign up! Prizes, shirts and allllll the sweaty fun provided. All workouts have been programmed. We will have 3 workouts and a floater workout guranteed for everyone.

-Held at CrossFit Little Egypt
-1 Male and 1 Female teams in both Rxd and Scaled divisions
-Everyone is guaranteed 3 workouts with a final workout for the top 4 Rxd and Scaled Teams

**Partner A goes through everything, then tags Partner B to go through everything, until all rounds are completed or time cap.**
Each station is 2 minutes of work – one person working at a time
