After the 12th shuttle run the team can start working on the sync. Toes to bars in pairs of 2. They can break this up however they want.

After the toes to bars 1 pair will again complete 6 shuttle runs followed by pair 2 who will complete their 6 shuttle runs.

Then they will complete 30 worm lunges.

After finishing the walking lunges they will complete 12 shuttle runs again in sets of 6.

The chest to bar pull-ups need to be completed in pairs of 2 as well, but you can break this up however you like.

After the Chest to bar pull-ups they will complete one last set of 12 shuttle runs in two sets of 6.

Athlete 1 will complete 15/12 bar muscle ups and 15 overhead squats. Once athlete 1 finishes and runs across the finish line athlete 2 will complete their work. After athlete 2 finishes their work athlete 3 can start his/hers work and will continue like this until the last athlete has finished their work. The team can choose their own order of how they like start their athletes.
