It's time to have some fun again, The Open is here and we will be hosting a friendly In House Open Competition!
SATURDAY THROWDOWN DATES
- 24.1 | MARCH 2ND (Theme: Jersey Day)
- 24.2 | MARCH 9TH (Theme: LPCF Gear Day)
- 24.3 | MARCH 16TH (Theme: TBA + Post Open Brunch Party)
Throwdown Hours 7:30AM - 10:00AM
RULES
- Workouts will be ONE AND DONE, No Re-dos. Coaches/Staff will not be obligated to judge a second attempt. If you have a friend/member that agrees to judge your second attempt that is okay
- Every registered athlete on Competition Corner/Open Website will have a judge assigned to them
IMPORTANT
*For those who are looking to qualify for Quarterfinals or would like their scores inputted on the CrossFit Open website you must register at open.crossfit.com for your scores to be valid/qualify for further CrossFit Events.
