About This Competition
Our new Fittest on The Farm Pairs 2024
Can you be the fastest on the Farm?
Our Pairs workout is a of 10 functional stations that test your endurance. Our outdoor event offers a unique experience like no other. We accommodate all fitness levels who want to test their training to new levels. All movements are low skill.
The Workout:
1K Keg Run
100 Cal Bike Erg
50 SB Cleans Over Shoulder 30kg/50kg
200m Farmers Walk
100m Tyre Drag
100 Cal Ski
60m Tyre Flips
50 Burpee Over Beam
100 Cal Row
1km Keg Run
All work is split between you and your partner as fast as you can. The Event has 3 categories. Male pairs, female pairs and mixed sex pairs.
Projected Start times:
Female pairs: 9:30 - 10:00
Male pairs: 10:00-11:00
Mixed Pairs: 12:45-13:45
Podium:
Females: 11:30
Males: 12:30
Mixed: 15:15
Early Bird Price: £60
Parking available on site
No dogs allowed on site. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
