It’s love in the air, and that can mean only one thing……My Bloody Valentine is BACK and better than EVER!!
That’s right! Grab the crew you love to suffer with and join us for our 8th annual MBV!!
After a long hibernation, it’s time to knock off the holiday fluff and start training for this event. As always, we will run this as a team of 6 (3 men/3 women) in a cannonball format to not only have a blast, but find the best all around teams in each division!!
We will test your team on every level through multiple scoring events. Per usual, there will be a bit of suck and a sprinkle of “love” programmed in the 90+ minutes you’ll be working out.
Start getting your peeps together as this event typically sells out FAST!!
We look forward to hosting you all and truly appreciate the ability to put this thing on for 8 years running!

EVENT DETAILS

-Date: February 5th
-Team size: Team of 6 athletes (3 guys/3 girls)
-Cost: $390 Per Team
-Only 8 slots per division
-Scaled Heat #1 will start around 8:00am
-Rx Heat #1 will start around 1:00pm
-WODs and FULL standard videos/walk through will be released two weeks before the event.

****We reserve the right to add movements to this list. We may use everything on this list or some of it.
**The Scaled is meant for SCALED athletes. Don't be that team that should have went Rx and Sandbagged the scaled division please**
***The Tie-Breaker WOD has been predetermined. If we have teams that are tied, the tie breakers will go into action. These tie breakers will be told to the team captains during the athlete briefing so you all know them ahead of time.
