Notes:

Each athlete per team will complete as many rounds as possible in 10 mins. More than 1 athlete can swim at a time, but only 1 athlete per team can perform the DB movements at any given time, and each athlete must complete the 6 thrusters and 6 devil's press before switching. Score is total # of dumbbell reps completed.

There will be a tiebreak on the 1st 24 dumbbell reps completed for Duo, 1st 36 dumbbell reps for Trio.
