About This Competition



Mark your calendars for Kilos for Heroes Saturday November 11th! It will be a Male/Female team competition with both RX and Scaled divisions. We will be capping each division at 25 teams per division. Movement standards and more details to be released this upcoming week. Portion of proceeds going to Paducah GWOT Memorial in Honor of MSGT Aaron Torian. Come throw down with us on Veterans Day and enjoy great company!

Workouts

Double DT 10 rounds for time;12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, 6 push/split jerks 10:00 time cap

1RM Barbell Thruster from the rig 7:00 for both partners to establish

12 rounds for time 9 dumbbell thrusters, 35 double unders (single unders for scaled)

30 t2b, 60 cal row, 90 power snatches, 120 wall balls

each partner must complete 30 ab mat situps, then split the rest as needed, 60 cal row, 90 power snatches, 120 wall balls
