Three age groups 35-44, 45-54, and 55+

One Division

Same sex teams of two

Average age of partners determines your age category. Must be 35 or more.

The Logistics
Both athletes will start with their feet behind the starting line. At the call of go, one athlete will start working. Athletes may switch as desired.

The first couplet is wall walks and sandbag squats. The sandbag must be moved to the round 2 position after completion of the first round.

The second couplet is wall walks and thrusters. The barbell must be moved to the round 4 position after the completion of the third round.

Once the last set of thrusters are finished both athletes must cross the finish line.

Logistics
Both athletes will start with their hands on the wall. At the call of go, one athlete will start on the rower while the other starts on the couplet.

Partners can switch at any time. When switching to the couplet the partner will start where the other left off.

At the end of 6 minutes another 6 minute window will start.

Each athlete will build to a heavy complex of clean + hang clean + shoulder to overhead. Power or squat cleans are acceptable. Each team will have 1 barbell.
An athlete may finish a lift after the time, if the lift is started before the timer.

The Logistics
Both athletes will start with their hand on the wall. At the call of go, one athlete will start working. Athletes may switch as desired.

Teams must pick double or single unders before the workout and may not switch during. Both athletes must do the same version.

The jump ropes must be advanced after each round

There will be a standard height for the men and another standard height for the women. The height will be announced with the video demo.

After the last jump rope is complete by athletes must cross the finish line.
