64ARMY LIFT OFF
About This Competition
The Lift off is brought to you by the 64ARMY. It has been a focus of our last 12 week training block in order to develop strength around the exercises from the "64ARMY total". Those exercises are; Power clean | Back squat | Deadlift | Bench Press | Weighted strict pull up (inclusive of bodyweight added).
We encourage all wider parts of our online community to get involved and add their totals to the mix. There are also some sweet prizes up for grabs.
To join, you will simply need to perform 5 lifts. You can perform these in any order and on different days, as many times as you wish. To qualify for prizes, you will need to film your lifts and add your link to your score submission.
The ultimate goal is to connect the fitness community through strength. There will be spot prizes for best efforts, crazy outfits (in film), and memorable PR's. Mention your PR's in your video's at the time of the lift.

Workouts
Perform a 1 rep max back squat
Perform a 1 rep max deadlift
Perform a 1 rep max power clean
Perform a 1 rep max strict press
Perform a 1 rep max strict pull up (weighted)
*For this event, you will be scored on your successful strict pull up with weight and your bodyweight combined. You will need to weigh yourself on the scales in the camera so that we can verify the load lifted. If you cannot perform a strict pull up, you will score a zero. However, we encourage you to still perform 5x5 with a band to build strength.
