Welche Divisions wird es geben?
RX´D: Für erfahrene Athleten, die sich mit fortgeschrittenen Bewegungen und schwereren Gewichten messen möchten.
Scaled Division: Perfekt für Einsteiger oder jene, die sich noch nicht ganz bereit für die RX-Bewegungen fühlen. Die Übungen werden angepasst, um sicherzustellen, dass jeder teilnehmen und seine persönlichen Ziele erreichen kann.
