About This Competition
A new type of competition has been born. CrossFit style competition: 3 workouts. No burpees- all barbells.
3 Divisions: RX, Scaled & Masters 40+.
Partner - Teams of 2. Same Sex MM/FF.

Athletes should be able to complete the following movement standards with a barbell:
- Clean
- Hang Clean
- Snatch
- Shoulder to Overhead
- Front Squat
- Deadlift
Workouts are as prescribed, but be prepared for the unknown- there will be twists throughout event day earn extra points.

Workouts
8 bars loaded in ascending order.
Each team performs 1 snatch and 1 clean & jerk at each weight increment.
Each partner must successfully complete one of the two movements at each bar before moving on.
Both partners do not have to do both lifts, one partner completes the snatch, and the other completes the clean & jerk.
Each team is allowed a combined 3 failed lifts in the event.
Scores are based on the last successful weight completed and/or fastest time.
3 minute time cap.

Sc: 95/65
Ma: 115/85
6 minute time cap
Complex A:
3RM deadlift
On third deadlift, partner 1 must hold the deadlift at the top while partner 2 completes 1RM of complex B.
Complex B:
1 hang clean + 1 front squat + 1 hang clean + 1 jerk
Deadlift hold can not be dropped until Complex B is completed for complex to be scored.
Must remain locked out entire time.
Press outs in jerk will be allowed.
Both partners can be warming up towards attempt weight at the same time.
10 minute time cap.
