About This Competition
That's right, the annual team of 2 summer throwdown is back, and we're excited to see what hectic fun can be had on a brand new pull up rig!
This same-sex partner competition brought to you by your friends at Misfit Gym will be a treat for athletes of all ability levels. The Firebreather division is for pairs looking to test their might against what we would refer to as "Rx Open-level workouts", with the Community division being designed to make sure all who participate can have "fun" 😈.
You can expect 3-4 workouts that span a balanced mix of time domains and movements, with the ultimate goal of testing your fitness and teamwork skills.
Registration Deadline*: Friday July 12th
*Teams that register prior to Friday June 14th will receive a free t-shirt to be picked up during athlete check in. Please indicate your shirt sizes when registering your team!

At the 15:00 time cap, teams rest 1:00 before beginning Event 3.

At the 15:00 time cap, teams rest 1:00 before beginning Event 3.
Each teammate finds a 1RM Clean Complex:
1 Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Hang Clean
All performed without dropping the bar. Teams may make as many attempts as desired within the 5:00 window. As long as the bar is off the floor prior to the "beep", the athlete may complete the lift and count it if successful.
Time Cap: 5 minutes
