About This Competition
THE BATTLE AT BRANDED ONE 2022
Register for our FIFTH annual CrossFit competition, The Battle at Branded One, in honor of Veterans Day and our Branded Heroes.
This is a four workout, five-event competition. Teams consist of 3, same-sex partners.

****Fundraising****
Event 1: Fundraising - As in previous years, fundraising will be a component of the competition, as we are a nonprofit to benefit physically and mentally disabled servicemen and women.

Every team member registered will receive a swag bag and t-shirt. The top 3 teams in each division will receive exclusive prizes.

Time Cap: 16 minutes
Workout Flow: Teams will start in the designated start zone. At the call of “GO” one athlete will advance to the rower to begin accumulating calories while the others stay staged in the start zone. Once all calories are accumulated, the whole team will advance to the Heavy Object Carries. Athletes will perform carries one athlete at a time and rotate athletes after every completed carry. Once all carries are complete, one athlete will advance to the Double/Single Unders zone while the other two athletes stage in the start zone. Once all Double/Single Unders are complete, one athlete will advance to the Deadlifts. Once all the Deadlifts are complete, the team will start their second round flowing in the same manner as the first round. Athletes may switch places in the Row, Double/Single Unders, and Deadlifts as they see fit, but the working athlete must release their teammate by tagging their hand at the start zone.

Workout Flow: Teams will find the heaviest weight that each athlete can successfully complete the entire complex of 1 Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Clean, 1 Front Squat. Squat cleans and power cleans are acceptable. The second clean must be a “Touch and Go” rep meaning the barbell may not come to a rest on the ground for any duration of time. Regripping the bar is allowed in the front rack or in the hang position. Athletes may take as many attempts at the complex within the time window. Barbells must be empty at the start of the workout. Weight clips must be on the bar on the outside of all loaded weights. If the first clean is started before the end of the time, the athlete may finish their attempt at the complex.

Workout Flow: All 3 athletes start together in the starting zone. At GO Athlete 1 will start their first of 3 rounds of their portion of the workout. Once Athlete 1 completes the final rep of their third round they will proceed to the Echo Bike and begin biking for 1 minute to accumulate calories. Once Athlete 1 has started their bike, Athlete 2 will start their first of 2 rounds of their portion of the workout. Once Athlete 2 completes the final rep of their second round they will proceed to the Echo Bike and begin biking for 1 minute to accumulate calories. Once Athlete 2 has started their bike, Athlete 3 will start their portion of the workout. Once Athlete 3 completes the final rep of their portion of the workout they will proceed to the Echo Bike and begin biking for 1 minute to accumulate calories. Total Calories accumulated on Echo Bike in 3 minutes (1min/Athlete)
Workout Flow: All 3 athletes start together in the starting zone. At GO Athlete 1 will start their first of 3 rounds of their portion of the workout. Once Athlete 1 completes the final rep of their third round they will proceed to the Echo Bike and begin biking for 1 minute to accumulate calories. Once Athlete 1 has started their bike, Athlete 2 will start their first of 2 rounds of their portion of the workout. Once Athlete 2 completes the final rep of their second round they will proceed to the Echo Bike and begin biking for 1 minute to accumulate calories. Once Athlete 2 has started their bike, Athlete 3 will start their portion of the workout. Once Athlete 3 completes the final rep of their portion of the workout they will proceed to the Echo Bike and begin biking for 1 minute to accumulate calories. Once Athlete 3 begins biking, a time will be recorded for Score 3A.
If a team is timecapped on part 3B, the 3rd athlete will get 45 seconds to accumulate calories on the bike after the time cap.

Workout Flow: Two athletes will perform synchronized bar/ring and squat movements while one person is resting. All three athletes will perform synchronized burpees. Only one athlete at a time will perform muscle ups/pull ups. Your score will be the time you finish the workout or the number of reps completed when the time cap is reached. Athletes may switch positions as they see fit.
