2021 Complete Performance Camp
About This Competition
Our Complete Performance Camp combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as to establish a lifetime love of fitness.
Proper weightlifting techniques will be taught to enhance strength and power under the watchful eye of our CrossFit and CrossFit Weightlifting certified trainers. We will also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.

Every 4 minutes x 5 rounds:
- Establish 5 rep max back squat
*score is heaviest weight completed with PERFECT form
*Building slightly, lots of rest
WOD: 5 min AMRAP
- 7 cal bike
- 10 slam balls
*score is total number of reps (i.e. if I did 4 rounds, I got 68 reps)
Every 4 minutes x 5 rounds
- 5 rm Hang Power Clean
*score is heaviest weight completed with PERFECT form
*Building slightly, lots of rest
Every 4 minutes x 5 rounds
- 5 rm Double DB Strict Press
*score is heaviest weight completed with PERFECT form
*for double DB's, score is single DB weight (if I pressed double 50's, my score is 50# (not 100#)
*Building slightly, lots of rest
WOD: Fight Gone Bad - 1:00 each station x 3rds
- Wall balls
- KB Sumo DL High Pulls
- Empty Barbell Push Press
- Box jumps
- Row for calories
- REST
*score is total number of reps
*pick a pace where you can keep moving with little/no rest
*earn the right to move fast, form >>> weight/speed
