Join us for The Revolution Games CrossFit Competition at our 14,000 sqft gym in Millersville, MD.

The Revolution Games is a partner CrossFit competition with the following divisions:

M/M/F or F/F/M

RX & Scaled

STANDARDS...

Rx - Be able to perform all CrossFit Open workouts including weights and gymnastic skills. 

Scaled - Should be able to perform all Scaled CrossFit Open workouts.

Top 5 teams in Rx & Scaled divisions will move on to the three part final. 1st-5th place will be determined in the finals. Final Part A (5 teams), Final Part B (3 Teams), Final Part C (2 Teams)

ADDITIONAL NOTES...

-All participants must be 13 years or older.

-Event is non-refundable, but substitutions will be allowed up until July 24th. 

-Pets are not allowed inside the facility. 

-There is ample parking on site in the business park and along Najoles Road.

AMRAP x 13:00

Athlete 1:

1 Toes to Bar

1 Wall Ball, 20/14lbs

1 Box Jump Over, 30/24"

Athlete 2:

2 Toes to Bar

2 Wall Balls, 20/14lbs

2 Box Jump Overs, 30/24"

Athlete 3:

3 Toes to Bar

3 Wall Balls, 20/14lbs

3 Box Jump Overs, 30/24"

Athlete 1:

4 Toes to Bar

4 Wall Balls, 20/14lbs

4 Box Jump Overs, 30/24"

ETC.

With a 12:00 time cap
On 3-2-1 go, athlete 1 will complete;
21-15-9
Thrusters, 95/65lbs
Chest To Bar Pull Ups

If/when athlete 1 finishes, they will tag in athlete 2 to complete the same 21-15-9

If/when athlete 2 finishes, they will tag in athlete 3 to complete the same 21-15-9

The score is the time that athlete 3 completes the entire 21-15-9.  Teams that are time capped, their score is total completed reps

**The top three teams move on to event 2; 4th and 5th place will be determined in this event**

Rx and Scaled:

AMRAP x 4:00
Max 60ft Shuttle Runs (30ft down/30ft back)
*30ft = 1 rep; score is total reps

Athletes can switch out as needed.  However, once an athlete tags in a teammate to take over, that athlete is no longer allowed to complete any additional shuttle sprints.

The top two teams from each division will move on to finals event 3.  Third place is determined in this event.

AMRAP x 8:00
Max Unbroken 30ft Handstand Walks (30ft = 3 reps)
Max Calorie Row
*final score is total reps + total calories
**athletes can rotate as needed

Male partner 1 will do an AMRAP x 3:00 of

36' Rope Sled Pulls, 190lbs

*18 feet down/back

**every 6 feet = 1 rep

Female partner 1 will do an AMRAP x 3:00 of

18' Rope Sled Push/18' Rope Sled Pull, 190lbs

*every 6 feet = 1 rep

Male or Female partner 3 will perform a Max Dead Hang

*the clock begins once the athlete's feet leave the ground and ends once the athlete's feet return to the ground

**no grips allowed

Male partner 1 will complete 30 snatches at 135lbs for time. 

Female partner 2 will complete 30 Clean & Jerks at 85lbs for time.

Male or female partner 3 will use remaining time to do an AMRAP of

8 Hang Power Cleans

8 Shoulder to Overhead

135lbs/85lbs

Male partner 1 will take 4:00 to find a one rep max bench press

Female partner 2 will take 4:00 to find a one rep max deadlift.

Male or Female partner 3 will take 2:00 to complete as many double unders as possible.
