About This Competition

We The Cure - 5 WEEKS of Fun Fitness Online Challenges for Everybody!

Workout releases every Monday 7am.

1st workout release: Monday March 23rd at 7am EST

(VERSION EN FRANÇAIS PLUS BAS)

 

We The Cure is an idea that was born from a need but, above all, from a desire to keep our physical and mental health during this slightly darker period.

Many of you are stuck home, possibly lacking motivation, we just wanted to give you extra motivation to help keep your health goals in the foreground!

 

We'll have two division:

1. I have some equipment (Bar & plates and/or kettlebells and/or dumbbells and/or jumping ropes, etc.)

2. I have nothing but shorts and shoes.

 

Quebec, Canada companies are joining forces and want to allow you to surpass yourself, reach your fitness goals and win prizes but most of all, stay motivated and healthy!

Quebec's gym and companies will come together in the coming weeks to offer attendees participation and podium prizes, stay tuned on on participating companies Instagram page for details.

We the Cure c'est une idée qui est né d'un besoin mais surtout d'une envie de se garder en santé physique et mentale durant cette période un peu plus sombre.

Beaucoup d'entre vous sont pris à la maison et souvent en manque de motivation, nous voulions simplement vous donner une motivation supplémentaire pour vous aider à garder vos objectifs de santé en premier plan!

 

Nous aurons 2 divisions:

1. J'ai un peu d'équipement (Barre & plates et/ou kettlebells et/ou dumbbells et/ou corde à danser, etc.)

2. J'ai qu'une paire de short et des souliers

 

Un partenariat entre plusieurs compagnie Québécoise vous permettra de vous dépasser, d'atteindre des objectifs et gagner des prix mais surtout de garder ta motivation et ta santé.

Plusieurs compagnie québécoise se rassembleront au cours des prochaines semaines pour offrir aux participants des prix de présence et prix aux gagnants, restez à l'affut sur la page Instagram des compagnies participantes pour les détails.

MAX Burpees reach (You reach whatever you want over your head)

6 goblet squat 

9 alternated one arm db hang power clean & jerk @50/35

 

Version sans équipement : 

AMRAP10MIN

3 wall climb

6 pistols

9 shouler tap en position planche

 

Description du workout : 

Cumuler le plus de round possible en 10 minutes. Aucun vidéo n'est requis par contre, soyez honnête avec votre score. L'objectif est de s'amuser. 

 

FOR TIME : 

AVEC ÉQUIPEMENT 

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

HSPU

20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2

Jump squats

Double unders x20 à chaque set

 

SANS ÉQUIPEMENT 

* remplacer les double-unders par des 

double tap air du's (voir vidéo du standard)

 

EXEMPLE : 

Round 1 : 
10 HSPU + 20 jump squat + 20 du's/air du's

Round 2 : 

9 HSPU + 18 jump squat + 20 du's/air du's

Round 3 : 

8 HSPU + 16 jump squat + 2- du's/air du's 

ETC. jusqu'à ce que vous finissiez TOUTE la séquence. IL N'Y À PAS DE TEMPS LIMITE.
