Welcome to The Future Fittest Open 2021 - Case Study!

It's The Open FOR KIDS! And it's FREE! Every week, we will release a kids' version of the CrossFit Open WOD. Just like the grown-ups, the kids will complete the WOD with a judge, then submit their scores here. Scaled versions and standards will be posted along with the WOD. Boys and Girls divisions for ages 13 and under.
We are striving to build a strong, healthy community for our Future Fittest and we are thrilled you want participate. Register today!

The weights and heights listed above are guidelines. Don't have dumbbells? Find something with an equivalent size and shape to snatch. Don't have a box or plates for box jump-overs? Find something that's a similar height to safely jump onto. Most importantly, do your best and have fun!

Ages 9 and Up: 8-10 lbs

Scaled options: Athletes can use 1 dumbbell instead of 2. And/Or athletes can use half the Rx weight.
