- Pull-ups (but not necessarily everyone on team)
- Male Deaadlift 1RM over 225 lbs
- Female Deadlift 1RM over 155 lbs

Workouts
In 10 minutes, each member of the team will establish a 1 rep max FULL SQUAT CLEAN.
The clean must come from the ground, and the athlete must go into a full squat with the crease of his hip below the knee.
AMRAP 17 minutes, each team will collectively complete in order:
- 30 synchronized burpees
- 120 wall ball shots
- 50 Calories on rower
For synchronized burpees, all team members must have chests on the ground AND jump with hands overhead at the same time.
For Wall Balls, weights are 20/14 lbs for RX, and 14/10 lbs for scaled. All men throw to 10 ft, all women to 8 ft.
Relay Style, one team member completes the entire workout, followed by the second and then third team member. Score is total time from start of first athlete to completion of third athlete.
- Bike 15/12 calories
- Sled Push 40 m (down and back 2x)
- Ski 15/12 calories
Weight added to sled is 90 lbs for males, 70 lbs for females.
