We are thrilled you want to attend our event. Information regarding the competition date, workouts, and divisions can all be found on our landing page. From here, you can also register, view leaderboards, buy tickets, and more!

RX & INTERMEDIATE ATHLETES
TEAMS OF 3.

MALE/MALE/FEMALE

Early bird registration will starts July 22nd at 12 pm to August 26th for $255 + tax.

From August 27th to September 30th it will be $280 + tax.

September 31st to October 28th (closing registration) will be $310 + tax.

MASTERS 35+
TEAMS OF 2.

MALE/FEMALE

Early bird registration will starts July 22nd at 12 pm to August 26th for $185 + tax.

From August 27th to September 30th it will be $205 + tax.

September 31st to October 28th (closing registration) will be $225 + tax.

TEEN ATHLETES

Sprawlin’ #1 - Friday Night 

At 3,2,1 and go. Athletes will pick up their slam ball behind the line, sprint to each Meter destination cone, and return to the starting position until 10-20-30 Meters are completed. The athlete will then give the ball to their partner, and that athlete will complete as above. Each teammate must complete every 10-20-30 meters three times within the cap time given. If a teammate does not complete one of the meter marks, they will receive whichever completed meter mark was made prior for total reps
