About This Competition

CFWE will be hosting Rock the WOD 5, which for the first time will be an individual competition. The athlete with the lowest point total after all 3 WODs will be crowned the winner.

Workouts

10:00 Time Cap: 20 Thrusters, 20 Power Cleans, 20 Dead Lifts, 20 Push Jerks, 20 Overhead Squats. Male: #115, Female: #75. Every minute on the minute perform 4 burpee bar hops then proceed through the reps. Score is time completed or 10:00 plus remaining reps.

9:00 Running Clock, 3 Rounds each consisting of 3:00, 50 Double Unders, 15 Wall Ball, 5 Clean and Jerks 135/95. Max Effort CTB Pull Ups Score equals total CTB Pull Ups completed in each of the 3 rounds. Athletes will have a 3:00 to complete the 50 double unders, 15 wall ball, 5 clean and jerks, and accumulate CTB Pull Ups. At the 3:00 mark athletes will start back up on the double unders and proceed back through the reps until the 6:00 mark. At the 6:00 mark they repeat the same process over.

7:00. Buy In: 30 Calorie Row, AMRAP:, 5 Snatches 95/65, 5 HSPU, Cash Out: 30 Calorie Row. Athletes score will be the total rounds and reps performed of Snatches and HSPU. Athletes must complete the 30 calorie row cash out before the 7:00 time cap or they will DNF and receive no score. Athletes are not permitted to return to the AMRAP once they finish the cash out row.
