About This Competition
Come show that age is just a number!!! Real workouts for real athletes, with the opportunity to qualify for the Northern California Classic.
EVENT INFO
All events will be scalable, but there is not a "scaled" division. All athletes that choose to scale a specific event will simply be ranked below RX athletes in that event.
Exact workouts will not be announced until November 1st at 5:00 pm. No refunds will be granted, regardless of circumstance.

*Athletes can scale ring muscle ups to jumping ring muscle up with rings at collar level. Scaled athletes will be ranked below RX athletes.
7:00 to establish max:
Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk
*score is heaviest successful complex
Clean can be power or squat.
Clean and Hang Clean are two different movements.
Hang must start above the knee.
Jerk makes sure athlete stands up completely ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, arm in a straight line.
All 3 movements as a complex. No setting down the bar.
As long as the bar is off the floor before time cap lift will count if completed successfully.
Upon completion of the 7:00 max clean complex, athletes will go right into the chipper.
