About This Competition
NGSC CHAMP is an event that is made made specially for NGSC teens and youth and will be held on 16th of June 2023.
This event is for kids and teens from all sports backgrounds and all fitness levels. There will be 6 age divisions spanning from 6 to 17 years for both genders.
THE COMPETITION IS SAFE & FUN!
- The challenges are specifically designed to test all areas of athleticism for developing youth athletes… keeping in mind that these kids are still growing, challenges will be scaled according to age and ability.
- Athletes will RUN, SPRINT, SQUAT, JUMP, CRAWL, LIFT OBJECTS and most of all, have FUN!
THE CHALLENGE IN A NUTSHELL:
-NGSC CHAMP will consist of 6 challenges within each age division that will test the athlete's overall athleticism.
-Athletes ages 8-13 years will compete in 5 challenges that will test their endurance, speed/agility, body weight strength, functional fitness, in addition to a ninja obstacle challenge.
-Athletes ages 14-17 years will compete in the 5 previous challenges as well as strength/power test.
-There will be a team division as well for Boys/ Girls U17

Registration is on a first come first serve base.
PRIZES:
Medals to the top three winners, boys & girls in each division.
Spectators Entrance:
Spectators tickets are available to purchase on door for 100 EGP per person.
This event is organized by ELFIT Events & ITZ Sports.

Workouts
For time:
10 Box Step Overs
15 Sit-ups
20 Alternatind Lunges
20 Hurdle Hop Pvers ( Lateral)
15 Box Jumps
10 Hand Release Push Ups
14 and older - 3 rounds for time - Time Cap: ( 11:00 )
13 and younger 2 rounds for time - Time Cap : ( 8:00 )
Boomerang is a test of speed. Athletes will take part on a shuttle run race to determine the fastest athlete in their division.
Sprint distance :
Start point A
Sprint from A to B to A: 5m & 5m
Sprint from A to C to A: 10m & 10m
Sprint from A to D to A: 15m & 15m
Sprint from A to E to A: 20m & 20m
All divisions will do the same distance.
Athletes will race to move several objects of varying weight and size across the finish line as fast as possible. the athlete starts inside the box of objects, picks up as many objects as they can and will walk/jog/sprint to the delivery box and place his items completely in a controlled manner… repeat until all the items are “delivered” or time is up.
This is a running workout for the fastest and more fit to win:

B/G under 9 - 2 Laps (800m) Time Cap : 5:00
B/G under 11 - 2 Laps (800m) Time Cap : 5:00
B/G under 13 - 3 Laps (1.2Km) Time Cap : 8:00
B/G under 15 - 5 Laps (2Km) Time Cap : 11:00
B/G under 17 - 5 Laps (2Km) Time Cap : 11:00
Athletes will race through a course that will test all elements of athletic abilities: speed, agility, endurance, strength, and power. An obstacle course for the young ninjas and the fastest to cross wins.
Challenge for Girls / Boys U15 and U17 only
Each athlete will complete the workout for their fastest time.
Sled PULL 20m (rotate sled once past 20m line)
10 sand ball ground to overhead
10 sand ball front squats
10 burpies over the sand ball
Sled PULL 20m back to start (rotate sled once past 20m line)

15 sand ball ground to overhead
