Girls Gone Rx Europe & UK 

Hosted by CF WYRE FOREST, BIRMINGHAM!!

Our competitions bring together all types of women through our female only events. What better way for women to feel empowered than working together to overcome team challenges. With the support of other women, we are capable of so much more than we think. 

Same-Sex Teams of 3 Badass Ladies!

4 Workouts, no finals!

Direct Entry - No qualifiers!

 

Two Athlete Divisions.

Rx: Cycle a bar at 47KG/105LB - Cycle 15KG/25LB dumbbells

Muscle-ups, Toes to rings/bar, DU, Box Jumps 20" are possibly performed by some or all of the team 

BAM (Badass In the Making): Our 'scaled' division; athletes that are new to the competition scene or beginners. 

All Scaled and no surprises. There may be the odd challenge in there but do not worry just have fun. Cycling a bar at 30KG/65LB - Cycling dumbbells at 110KG/25LB

 

We have a strict no-refund policy, however your team ticket or individual team spaces are transferrable should you or a team member be unable to attend.
