About This Competition
THE OFFICIAL HYROX CONDITIONING TEST
The HCT is designed to test your stamina, muscular endurance and overall work capacity.
The HCT is built to mirror the demands of a HYROX race. The test includes;
4 Stations with 5 movements that have direct race carryover.
HYROX SCORE
The test scores each movement from 0 to 100, with each contributing to an overall HYROX score. Your HYROX score can give you a projected HYROX race finish time.
