About This Competition
Its that time of the year again....Misfit Toys! Yankee Crossfit and Crossfit Revelation gear up for the 6th annual charity competition. This year we are adding a Masters division which will be sure to shake things up! We will have additional event and charity info coming shortly. Space is limited so be sure to sign up asap, you can also take advantage of the early bird pricing until 10/15/16. Standards: RX - should be comfortable with ALL barbell movements (including snatch) @ 135/95, although weights for simpler movements (deadlifts, power cleans) may be a little heavier. Also be able to perform for multiple reps - toes to bar, chest to bar pull-ups, box jumps @ 30/24, and double unders. Athletes who make the finals should be ready to do any CF movement. MASTER (ONE DIVISION: 40+) - weights will fall in between RX and SCALED, so should proficient with all BB movements at 115/75. Athletes should also be comfortable with pull-ups, toes to bar, and double unders. SCALED - should be comfortable with ALL BB movements @ 95/65. Athletes should also be comfortable for reps of all movements required in the scaled division of the CF open (jumping chest to bar, single unders).

AMRAP 9 9 power snatch 9 burpees over the bar Partners must complete a full round, then tag hands to switch. RX - 115/75 Scaled - 75/55 Masters - 95/65
Each pair will have 45 seconds at each station to get the barbell overhead. Athletes can choose to perform a clean and jerk (3 points) or snatch (5 points) and take as many attempts to hit the lift within the time allotted. 15 second transition to the next station. Pairs will move together but if one athlete fails, the other athlete can continue on alone. Score is total points after both athletes are done.⠀
