August Bank Holiday Triple Threat Throwdown
About This Competition
Triple Threat is a 3 of a kind fitness competition running every year, for the last 11 years in the heart of Gloucester.
This is an inclusive comp, where there will be gymnastics involved but there is the option to scale anything, with appropriate scoring penaltys at play. There will be 4 scoring opportunities throughout 3 workouts across the day.
The competition will be limited to 20 teams, 10 of each male and females. Prizes will be awarded to all podium teams, from our main sponsor KGB Keeps Getting Better clothing company.
No refunds are offered, however substitutions are fine, applied for up until the first heat at the event.
Workouts will be released in the week leading up to the event.
