Set against the incredible backdrop of Farm Fitness, ErgShoot Ruck combines endurance, teamwork, precision and strategy in a format designed to test every aspect of your fitness.
Teams of three will take on a unique challenge where communication, pacing and composure under pressure are just as important as physical performance. Expect an event that rewards teamwork, resilience and the ability to perform when it matters most.
This is not just another fitness competition. It is a true test of athleticism and teamwork in one of the most unique fitness venues in the UK.
