Details:
- Saturday Sept 12th we will release 3 workouts for the athletes; all 3 hours apart.
- The workouts will be released in Mountain Daylight Time.
- Once announced live, you will have 3 hours to get in the - workout and submit your score.
Saturday Sept 12th
Timeline (released in Mountain Daylight Time). You will see them in competition corner and should also receive an email notification when it is live,
Workout 1 Released at 9am- Due by 12pm
Workout 2 Released at 11am- Due by 3pm
Workout 3 Released at 12pm- Due by 5pm
- This event has 3 divisions: Rx, 50/50, and Fun. You will find the details when you select your division when registering.
-Cash Pot for 1st place in each division. The more that register, the more we pay! The Progressive Prize Pot will be divided out between the top 1st place team in all divisions. So the more that register in your division, the more the payout is for that division.
- Must video your workouts and submit your own scores. Videos will be required. Only 1 person on your team will submit the score and upload your video for your team.
- You can do the workouts anywhere- garage, gym, globo gym, etc as long as you film it.
How is this competition different?
Workouts will be announced LIVE every 3 hours on Sept 12th. You and your partner will have 3 hours to get the workout done, filmed, and submitted. The excitement is already building! You can do the workouts anywhere you want, in person, at your gym, via Zoom, etc!
You don't need to be with your teammate physically, you can use Zoom and record your workout while using Zoom and submit your video within the timeframe or you can each do your own workout and film it.
-You can use a free Zoom account since workouts will not exceed the 40 min time limit provided for free accounts. You will need to create your own free Zoom account. We suggest testing a random workout with your teammate prior to the event date.
Girls Gone Rx & Femme Royale focuses on community over competition; celebrating all the powerful women who want to change the world.
Our events are brought together by women who are extremely dedicated to empowerment and uplifting others. We focus on Competing For a Cure throughout our communities.
Your team swag bag, which includes your athlete tanks or crops & swag, will be shipped directly to the team captain if registered by Sept 4th

Scores need to be entered at 3pm MDT!

Each lady will complete their own 2 rounds. You can do them at the same time, alternating rounds, or however you choose to do them.
Your team’s score will be the combination of both of your scores in the leaderboard (just enter each time, the leaderboard will combine it for you). Your team’s captain will be responsible for inputting both of your scores and both of your video links.

The Team Captain will be asked to submit a score for each team member and upload a video link for each team member.

Each athlete will have their own 6 minutes. You may warm up however long you wish before the 6 minutes, but when the clock starts you must start with an empty barbell.
