About This Competition
Rep For Rep Throwdown: Are You Ready?
It’s time to put your fitness to the test at the Rep For Rep Throwdown, where every rep counts! Join us on Saturday, 9th August 2025, at Built By Novo Fitness, East Sussex, for an unforgettable day of fitness, teamwork, and competition.
This event will feature mixed pairs only across Scaled and RX divisions, so whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just stepping into the competitive scene, there’s a place for you. Expect challenging workouts, an electric atmosphere, and the chance to push yourself rep for rep against some of the best!
Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place across both divisions, so bring your A-game and go all out for glory.
