About This Competition
FULL HYROX SIMULATION - C2 BIKE OPTION

Take on the ultimate fitness challenge with our Full HYROX Simulation at CrossFit Pi.
Designed to replicate the race day experience, this event is perfect whether you're preparing for an upcoming HYROX race, building your fitness, returning from injury, or simply looking for a lower impact alternative to running.
This is a pairs event, meaning you'll tackle the challenge alongside a training partner while experiencing the demands, atmosphere and excitement that make HYROX one of the fastest growing fitness races in the world.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Full HYROX race format
• Pairs division
• 8 x 3km C2 Bike efforts
• Race briefing and judges
• Timing and results
• Supportive race day atmosphere
• Suitable for first timers and experienced competitors
WORKOUT FORMAT
At each running section, both athletes must complete 3km on their own C2 Bike before progressing to the next station.
Once both athletes have completed their 3km, the pair will move on to the workout station.

• Burpee Broad Jumps
• Row
• Farmers Carry
• Sandbag Lunges
• Wall Balls
The only difference from the traditional HYROX format is that each 1km run is replaced with a 3km C2 Bike, creating a lower impact option while maintaining the challenge and race day experience.
Spaces are limited and expected to sell quickly.
