Workouts
Event 1A: 7 Min AMRAP
Rx:
Max Calorie Row (1 Calorie = 1 Rep)
Max Reps Wall Walks (1 Wall Walk = 3 Reps)
Both athletes work at the same time and may switch whenever and as often as they want. Score = Calories + Reps. Calorie score is the number on the screen when "time" is called, we will not count the rollover. Reps score is the number of COMPLETED reps when "time" is called, if an athlete is in the middle of a rep it will not count.
Scaled:
Max Calorie Row (1 Calorie = 1 Rep)
Max Reps Hand Release Push Ups (1 Push Up = 1 Rep)
Both athletes work at the same time but MAY NOT switch whenever they want. Switching is only allowed on intervals of 10HR Push Ups. This does not mean you have to switch once 10 reps are completed this means you COULD switch if you want. Once rep number 11 is completed, that partner is locked into HR push ups until they get to 20. Once rep 20 is completed you again have the OPTION to switch.
Event 1B: Two Parter (Lift)
7:00 To Establish A Max For The Complex:
3 Deadlifts + 3 Hang Cleans
This will be performed as a complex with no re-gripping of the bar allowed. The deadlifts must be tap and go. The hang cleans may be any style of clean and any position of hang.
Lifters will be allowed to finish their complex as long as the first deadlift is off the ground at the call of "time"
Do I have to say it? No straps allowed.
2 Mile Relay Run
Partner 1: 500m Run
Partner 2: 1100m Run
Partner 3: 500m Run
Partner 4: 1100m Run
6 Rounds For Time:
Teams are broken into pairs of FF/MM

The team of FF will complete 3 rounds then the team of MM will complete 3 Rounds.
